-Drinking milk (a whole lot of it)
-jumping into a cold shower/pool
-slow breathing exercises
-into a light filled room. Dont stay in the dark
-If anything DO NOT FALL ASLEEP. Sleeping while you roll can kill you because your heart might stop.
-Keep hydrated with water and gatorade/powerade
